Through individualized coaching sessions participants focus on areas they currently feel stuck and unable to make positive progress. Areas of focus may include stress, parenting, structure, anxiety, time management, conquering self-limiting beliefs, sticking with healthy habits, and more. Participants work with a Certified Professional Coach who operates from a solution-focused platform while bringing together brain science, human behavior, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and research.

Participants may expect to:

  • Engage in up to six, 45-minute coaching sessions over the phone
  • Receive follow-up emails with individualized action plans
  • Participate in coaching activities and fieldwork
  • Access thought-provoking and motivational information
  • Join monthly on-line workshops


Virtual workshops offer in-depth knowledge and skill-building for managing anxiety, mindfulness, parenting, accountability, and much more. Workshops are offered online allowing participants to join via phone or video. Explore πŸš€ The LaunchPad Series πŸš€ This is a series of six workshops based on highly-trainable soft skills. Soft skills make up the foundation of employment success, parenting relationships, and long-term partnerships. Beginning January 2021, all LaunchPad Virtual Workshops are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 pm. These six virtual workshops can be attended individually or in a series. Meet Tiffany

Empower Founder and Certified Coach Tiffany has lead the Empower program since 2018 and also owns and operates Evolutionary Consulting. Her focus is to help people understand and manage human behavior through the lens of neuroscience. Tiffany is a certified practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Meet Satya

Certified Coach Satya joined the Empower Coaching Team in January 2020. She owns and operates Turning Point Parenting and is a tremendous asset to our team. Her focus is parenting – how to stay present for children during transitions, stay connected through stress, and communicate through love and respect.

Meet Jefferson

Certified Coach Jefferson joined the Empower Coaching Team in February 2020. He owns and operates Inside Start. We are very excited to have the opportunity to work with him. Jefferson is a Trainer and Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). His focus is to help people reclaim attention, time, and energy.

Meet Tom

Certified CoachΒ Tom joined the Empower team in July 2020. Tom co-founded Inner Guide Expeditions in 2012, which provides experiential personal growth adventures for teens and adults. Tom’s focus is working with at-risk youth, mentoring teens, and parent coaching,

Trisha Foster

Trisha Foster is an experienced social worker who has had the privilege of serving children and families in the Rogue Valley for over a decade. Dedicated to supporting others in reaching their highest potential, Trisha has worked with State and local nonprofit agencies in a variety of roles. Currently, she supports the Oregon Parenting Education Collaborative as a consultant working closely with Oregon State University to assure that all families in Oregon have access to free, quality parenting education. In her spare time, she enjoys playing board games with her children and partner; despite being a very sore board game loser. She is incredibly excited to join the team at Empower as a facilitator and looks forward to working with individuals in her community.
